Great value for money - We were pleasantly surprised with the well-equipped apartment and the amenities provided, especially considering the affordable price. Convenient location - The hotel is perfectly situated within a short walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. Excellent service - The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Attention to detail - Despite being a smaller hotel, the rooms on the 3rd floor were clean and well-maintained, with a good amount of storage space and basic amenities provided.

Poor fitness place

I lied the location of the hotel, it wa very close to the beach and to the towncentre.

The hotel belongs to a chain and it is kept as such, it has no ambience and I wouldn't consider it to be a 4Star hotel. The pool is quite small, there is no garden or outdoorspace where one could relax and the place itself is a bit worn off. The rooms didn't have a minibar nor where they airconditioned, the sink was blocked and thehairdryer didn't work properly. Nevertheless, the staff was friendly and I enjoyed my stay, but I wouldn't go back to this hotel.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel in Deauville. the location was perfect - very central and close to the beach and town centre. It made it easy to explore and enjoy everything the area has to offer. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Finally, the rooms on the 3rd floor were lovely, clean, and well-equipped. I especially loved the side sea view and balcony, a perfect spot to relax and take in the surroundings.

I had a great experience at this hotel. I can't think of anything that could have been improved.

When we booking this hotel was from 13 -15 June two night one double room ! But they charge us two double room for two night by credit ! I ask them cancellation one room for me .They say will do it but I don't have any receipt and they said will e-mail back to me. Until now I don't receive anything yet? Please double check for us? The position of the apartment was very good and the pool came in handy as the weather was awful and it was good to be able to do some eating in as costs for food out were expensive.

Decor in our apartment was scruffy with stains on ceiling and walls. We also had to ask for cutting board, whistle to kettle, bulb in lights and we did not have an iron or ironing board which I would have thought would have been in a self catered apartment. I also thought that the second bedroom having no external window (window into corridor) was very poor especially with price paid it also had no wardrobe for hanging as this had water tank in so my father had to use hanging space in kitchen.

This hotel is a great find! The location is excellent, with the sea right opposite and the main shops and upmarket area just a stone's throw away. The rooms on the 3rd floor offer a delightful side sea view and even have a balcony that stretches across the dining room and bedroom. The staff at this hotel are incredibly helpful and the service received was top-notch.

The location.

I found the apartment very small which was not indicative from the brochure. A family of 4 could not be up and about in the apartment at the same time as the toilet door opened on the bathroom door which opened in the bed room door all at the same time - Most uncomfortable. The car park was very tight for a large family car. The cancellation policy in place is onerous and complicated. The general interior whilst bright was cramped. Being new to the area I had no idea where to find the supermarket for provisions and I didnt feel the reception staff where very "receptive". Overall I would not recommend this acommodation to a friend. Overpriced and cramped.

Website suggested that it was not necessary to book car parking but there were no spaces on arrival.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, with just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and cafes. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. The rooms are well-equipped with a kitchen that has everything you need and the master bedroom even has an ensuite shower and basin. Plus, the balcony with a side sea view is an amazing bonus.

The cleanliness of the hotel leaves something to be desired. The carpets in the halls are dirty and the linen in the rooms was not properly cleaned.

We stayed at a hotel during our city trip that has a great location, just a few steps away from shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and equipped with all the facilities we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the calm and relaxing atmosphere, and especially liked the swimming pool. the garden around the hotel was very pretty and nicely designed.

The hotel was noisy at times, which disturbed our sleep. , our room was a bit cramped, making it difficult to move around, especially with all our luggage.

The hotel had a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops. The apartment we stayed in was well-equipped with everything we needed for a short stay and had a balcony with a nice view. we were pleasantly surprised that towels were provided and we didn't have to pay extra for cleaning.

Some of the common areas had a unpleasant smell, and the apartment itself didn't smell great when we first arrived. We had to air it out by opening the windows.
